Firstly, apologies for being slightly MIA of late on the blog / social front – I’ve been snowed under work wise and am currently redesigning all of my sites (including my blog, yay) which is taking up a lot of my free time – In a couple of weeks I’ll be back to normal posting and my little blog will have had a much needed face lift. Thanks for bearing with me!
I also appreciate it’s been a bit of a Lush-fest here and on my IG … I would attribute this to the fact that it’s been so hectic, the bath is a place I can relax so I’ve been indulging in that treat even more than usual (I will admit to taking my iPad with me so I can catch up on beauty vlogs & watch episodes of Friends). I’ve got a load of other beauty posts lined up but I’m afraid in the meantime, it’s yet another Lush-centric post.
When news of the Lush Winter 2015 collection dropped, I will admit to being slightly (ok very) disappointed the Northern Lights bath bomb wasn’t making an appearance, so when Lush Kitchen announced they would be selling it, I knew I had to get it. That next morning I ditched coffee & reading emails at 8am for frantically refreshing the Lush Kitchen site – even getting Aaron to help (two refreshers are better than one, right?).
It’s impossible to visit my local Cardiff Lush store without coming home with something, out of hours or otherwise, so naturally I had to pick up a few things at the #lushwinter2015 blogger event.
I was really excited to be invited to the Lush Winter 2015 event at my local store, Lush Cardiff. If you read my blog I’m sure you’re already aware of my addiction to all things Lush and I couldn’t wait to attend my first Lush blogger event.
A post about the skincare range from Iceland’s Blue Lagoon spa is well overdue. As mentioned in my recent post about my daily skincare staples, the moisturiser in particular has become a firm favourite.
I was introduced to the range when I received testers as part of my package when visiting the spa, whilst on holiday.
